This is the Signed unique original Mixed Media art by Gerry Embleton.

Obregon, last of the four revolutionaries to be killed, died while looking at his assassin's drawings in a restaurant. This featured in a series on the Mexican Revolution and the four men who brought down the dictator Heurta.

Original artwork for the illustration on p26 of Look and Learn issue no 530 (11 March 1972). Gerry Embleton signed the work GAE it is under the border masking tape and not visible in this image. He used an unusual technique for the magazine, pencils with some watercolour.
